So far, we've had positive experiences with this store. Everyone we worked with - from the experienced, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful sales associate (Courtney), to the delivery people have made our purchases easy. Compared to places like Shermans (ZERO stars!!!), Furniture Row is definitely a 5-star retailer.

Courtney Steele was very helpful in helping us decide on a reclining loveseat. We did not want power but she advised us that there is a back up battery that will help when the power goes out. She also explained to us about the product that we get when purchasing the 5 Year protection. She also explained refill at no cost. She was very thorough today helping us today.

The manager Jacob's a dream employee. He spent over 1.5 hours, helping 2 elderly people pick the right recliner/lift chair. All the while explaining the details of each possibility. We were dreeding shopping for new furniture, went to multiple places, furniture row was the place we found what we wanted. We were greeted right away and felt like every question was answered. We were given space to shop but could find help without effort. I love this experience and the prices were just right for any budget. Thank you for making this stress free for us. Spent 4 hours there but didn't regret it. Amazing people throughout this store. Thank you again.
